The most important of the traditional Chinese holidays, Chinese New Year represents the official start of the spring, beginning on the first day of the first lunar month, and ending with a Lantern festival on the 15th day. In 2011, most Chinese employees will spend Feb 2 – 8 celebrating with their families.
