Home > Blossary: Incorrigible
The word is a proper noun, deriving from verb ''correct'', in Latin ''corrigere'', and means someone or something that cannot be corrected, repaired, restored. For ex. someone who has disadvantages in daily life and cannot get better. The term can also be used in things, obkects situations. For ex. after a doc of trial is submitted to Court and lawsuit is accepted as substantial one (for ex. in First Instance Court for a trial), then doc is incorrigible than, thus cannot be corrected. The term is related to 'corrective'' same root of etymology, and is used for ex. in lawsuits of Administrative Law, for ex. in an administrative act, that is rejected by Court after submission by 40% can be restored/corrected through a corrective act, actually in this case, claim is not corrected as such, or doesn't need to be corrected, but only the content of act, thus descriptive-justifying part, on which claim is based, through a corrective act, and in this case we cannot say that content of lawsuit, is 'incorrigible'.
